ABOUT
I was born in the south of Brazil, surrounded by art, culture and philosophy. I have always been intensely curious, so fitting into just one thing was never really an option. Later, I built a career as an executive in large organizations (IBM, B2W, KPMG among others) for more than ten years.
It was inside companies that I began to see patterns: organizations and individuals were being challenged to transform amid the world’s growing uncertainty, and running into one overwhelming fact: people don’t change just because they know they should.

Culture and human behavior are inherently unpredictable and complex.
That’s when I realized that the parts of my repertoire left “outside” of work (design, relationships, language, art, philosophy) were required in these landscapes of change. So I decided to dedicate myself to facilitating these transitions, so that individuals, groups and organizations come out “the other side” more whole, more flexible and more connected.
I believe my trajectory gave me the flexibility to deliver what planning alone cannot. I can navigate radically different territories and combine concrete elements without losing the sensibility it takes to stand in the unknown.
